What you'll do

Dive into the rich cultural legacy of Singapore with a curated gastronomic experience

Welcome to Singapore! This country might be small, but few places on earth have as much unimaginable diversity. With influences from China, Malaysia, and India, modern-day Singapore is a melting pot of cultures that can be best experienced through its food. Your guide will meet you at the pier once you arrive in this tiny nation and take you to an air-conditioned shuttle that will drive you to China Town. Once you arrive, your guide will walk you through its colorful streets while filling you in with details about its history. Munch on some snacks, gorge on fried noodles, and then eat some more! Kick off your 2 hour-long feast with some bak kwa - a traditional sweet & salty dried pork that is guaranteed to blow your mind. Afterwards, you will be taken to a local-favorite shop where you can sample some traditional teas and coffees along with a slice of kaya toast. Select a drink of your choice and take it along to your next stop - a famous noodle shop! You will be served fried prawn noodles, a meal that is considered a delicacy not just for its fresh shrimp, but also for its savory flavors. If you are starting to get worried about feeling stuffed, do not worry; our portion sizes will depend entirely on how much you want to eat. Next, head to a hawker’s market that is famous for its staggering variety of street food. Here, you will try Indian Prata with curry sauce, a curry puff, and some sweet carrot cake to wrap up your meal with a sweet ending. You will get 1 hour of free time to walk off your heavy meal (the best time to stroll by Marina Bay!) before your shuttle returns to drop you off at the pier.
