Embrace mother nature at her finest in Penang National Park
Your guide will pick you up from the harbor and take you to an air-conditioned vehicle. Enjoy a scenic drive away from the harbor and into the dense, lush rainforest. Soon, you will be surrounded by the calls of hundreds of birds. The dense foliage is also sometimes covered in white fog, which gives it a dreamy appearance. Follow your guide and spot some rare birds that are only found in these parts of the world. Soon, you will be taken to a meromictic lake that is unique in its appearance; the thin layer of sediments that separate from the water is truly one of nature’s greatest spectacles in the park. You can continue hiking with your guide and finally arrive at a turtle sanctuary, where tons of rescued turtles are treated before being released back into the wild. Spend a memorable day with nature and return to your ship rejuvenated and ready for another day at sea!
