What you'll do
Take a swig out of the Cayman Islands’ long history with its world-famous liquor
Meet your guide at the pier in George Town and hop on to an air-conditioned shuttle that will take you to the Cayman Islands’ most famous distillery. Learn all about how ocean-aged rum, vodka, gin, and many other local delicacies are carefully created. Once you learn all about the tedious process behind making these liquors, sample some of the locals’ most beloved drinks. Sip on Reserve Rum, Gun Bay Vodka, Seven Fathoms Rum which is still made in the original Christian Carl pot, and a special seasonal drink that will be a surprise for you! While you taste away, munch on local snacks that will compliment the delicate flavours of your drinks.
